Raised in Provence, Evelyne Quinti launched her career in the industry at the age of 16 waiting tables in Michelin Stars restaurants.
After a couple of years travelling and extending her fine dining experience, she finally got back home and decided to pursue her growing passion for wine.
She graduated after taking a two-year Wine Diploma focused in French Vineyards.
Evelyne arrived in Vancouver during the spring of 2018 and took over the wine program at Le Crocodile.
